Dr. Max Lemme receives the BMBF-supported NanoFutur Award in Berlin
Recognizing his forward-looking project „ALEGRA – Alternative Werkstoffe für die NanoElektronik: Graphen“ Dr. Max Lemme was awarded the „NanoFutur“ prize for young researchers alongside the nanoDE conference by MinDirig Dr. Wolf-Dieter Lukas, responsible for Key Technologies/Research for Innovations within the federal ministry of education and research.
"This project is of high importance, not only for my person but for AMO as well. Based on our long experience in the area of material development, process technology and device integration we are now able to work on new interdisciplinary research in the field of Nanotechnology acting at the border of basic and application oriented research" explained Dr. Lemme.
