Nature Nanotechnology focuses on Graphene

The latest issue of the science journal Nature Nanotechnology is devoted exclusively to the topic Graphene in order to celebrate Graphene’s 10th anniversary. In this special issue different Comments and Review Articles provide an overview on the actual status of Graphene and related two-dimensional materials and give an outlook towards applications and commercialisation.

The Review Article on the potential of Graphene and other two-dimensional materials for electronic devices was co-authored by Dr. Daniel Neumaier, head of the Graphene Group at AMO GmbH.
