AMO grants students insight into the exciting working field of nanotechnology

AMO has been supporting young scientists for many years and already gives students the opportunity to get an idea of the future occupational field of nanotechnology on site. Last week a group of students of the Gustav Heinemann comprehensive school from Alsdorf near Aachen visited AMO with a total of 30 students.

AMO contributed at NIL Industrial Day in Vienna and will organize the next NIL Industrial Day 2019 in Aachen

AMO GmbH contributed again this year at NIL Industrial Day with a conference presentation as well as an exhibition booth.

Field Effect Transistors from Graphene Nanoribbons

New results on Graphene Nanoribbons are presented in the paper “Field-Effect Transistors Based on Networks of Highly Aligned, Chemically Synthesized N = 7 Armchair Graphene Nanoribbons”, a collaboration between AMO, RWTH Aachen University, University of Cologne and UC Berkeley. The work has recently been published in ACS Applied Materials Interfaces.
