Annual report 2017 is published by the Graphene Flagship

The Graphene Flagship just recently disseminates its annual report which summarizes the achievements and key results of its scientific work packages.

This annual report 2017 illustrates two decisive research highlights of AMO. Together with further project partners within the Graphene flagship project, AMO researchers were able to demonstrate several different types of flexible circuits – building blocks for fully flexble devices.

The second AMO highlight addresses high-bandwidth graphene photodetectors for high-speed optical communications using CMOS-compatible techniques. AMO created photodetectors with a record-breaking bandwidth of 76 GHz, ideal for fast data communications.
