Aachener Printen are a special type of brown gingerbread that have been baked in Aachen since around 1820. The term “Printe”, however, existed much earlier and developed from the English “print” and stands for “tool for pressing” or “impressed image” or “imprint”. The name refers to the use of elaborately carved and printed wooden molds into which the dough was inserted and pressed during the production.
Nowadays, AMO has taken over this „imprint“ concept and offers state-of-the-art solutions for NIL. No matter if you are looking for a nanostructured master for stamp manufacturing or for a ready-to-use imprint stamp – AMO is your partner!
