Award for Jimin Lee at Nano Korea 2025

We are pleased to announce that Jimin Lee (Chair of Electronic Devices) has been selected as a recipient of the Young Scientist Award (Silver) at Nano Korea 2025. Her award‑winning presentation, “Conductive Filaments Based Threshold Switching Devices in SiOx Enhanced by Vertically Aligned MoS₂ Layers,” introduces a novel approach to improving SiOx‑based switching devices through the integration of vertically aligned MoS₂ layers. This work represents an important step toward next‑generation neuromorphic and energy‑efficient electronic systems.
