BioTech 2025

5. December 2025

On December 5, 2025, AMO GmbH participated in the 23rd Baesweiler BioTec Meeting at the International Technology and Service Center (its) in Baesweiler. The annual event serves as an important platform for exchange, networking, and the presentation of innovative developments in the field of biotechnology. Once again, it became clear how dynamic and forward‑looking the regional biotech community is and how essential interdisciplinary collaboration is for progress.

AMO took the opportunity to present the ChiSePha project – a chip‑based symmetric separation phase for microfluidic liquid chromatography, funded by the BMWi. The project aims to make analytical processes in biotechnology more efficient, precise, and compact, thereby opening new possibilities for applications in research, diagnostics, and process monitoring. In addition to ChiSePha, we showcased further research activities from our portfolio and engaged in numerous discussions with representatives from industry and applied research.

The exchange with participants was highly inspiring and once again highlighted the importance of biotechnological innovations for future key technologies. For AMO, biotechnology is a central pillar in advancing new solutions for analytical methods, diagnostics, and sustainable technologies.

We thank all conversation partners for the valuable insights and look forward to further strengthening collaborations and working together toward an innovative, biotechnology‑driven future.
